Return goods

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received the item to return it. To be eligible for return, your item must be:

Not used and in the same condition as when you received it.
In the original packaging.
Attach a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive your item, we will check and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you of the return as soon as we inspect the product.

If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. You will receive your credit limit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

At the time of return, you will be responsible for paying the shipping fee, which is non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
